What I need is consistency over a long period of time. That is where the growth happens.
Why Consistency Is Important Over A Long Period Of Time
To me, that one word is one that I love because I can be passionate or courageous or a great visionary or a great leader or someone that’s you know strong-willed or you know whatever the characteristic I want to be. But, if I’m not consistent at it, doesn’t matter.
One time doesn’t bring great results and so to me, I think the biggest thing is consistency because that’s what brings growth over a long period of time
