We are driven individuals. For sleep, you can’t push towards sleep – that’s the problem. You can’t say I’m gonna sleep. You’re so driven that you can’t force yourself to sleep and you have to let go in order to sleep.
Stop working to sleep and relax
That’s the problem that’s I still have this issue with sleeping, but it’s so difficult because the super driven individuals, they work work work work like you have to accomplish it. But when it comes to sleep, you can’t just work to sleep, you have to actually stop working and relax in order to sleep. And that’s the issue that a lot of people have.
